About AAS — Our Story

Built for
Architects
Who Deliver.

Aesthetic Architecture School exists for one reason: to close the gap between the BIM skills that US firms demand and the skills that most architecture professionals currently have.

Our Mission
"We do not teach software. We teach the professional standard — the exact level of BIM delivery that US firms require on the projects that matter."
Why We Exist

The Gap No One Was Closing.

Every US architecture firm now requires BIM. 98% of the top 300 firms have it written into their project standards and client contracts. But when we looked at what was actually available to help designers meet that standard — the courses, the programs, the online training — we found a gap.

Everything taught Revit. Nothing taught BIM at the level firms actually require. No one was teaching LOD 350 — the coordination-ready delivery standard that separates a $66K designer from a $103K BIM Coordinator.

AAS was built to close that gap. Specifically, precisely, and without any of the filler that inflates other programs to 7-month commitments. We built the course we wished had existed.

What We Stand For
01
Precision
Every lesson is built around a specific, measurable deliverable. Not theory. Not overview. The exact technique — executed correctly, to the standard that US projects require.
02
Specificity
AAS teaches the USA market. US standards, US terminology, US project types, US salary data. Nothing generic. Everything applicable to your professional context.
03
Respect
Our students are professionals. Architects, designers, and technicians with years of experience. We teach at that level — not simplified, not condescending, not padded.
04
Outcome
The measure of a good course is not what you watched — it is what you can now deliver. AAS is evaluated by one metric: can our graduates produce a LOD 350-compliant model?
05
Relevance
BIM standards evolve. Revit updates annually. Our content is maintained to reflect current practice — your lifetime access means you always have the current professional standard.
06
Independence
We are not Autodesk. We are not affiliated with any software vendor. Our content is driven by what firms require, not by what software companies want to promote.
