1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing or using the AAS platform (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Site.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All BIM course materials, including proprietary workflows, project files, lecture content, and methodology, are the exclusive property of Aesthetic Architecture Studio LLC. Access to course content is granted via a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing or selling account access/login credentials.

  • Using "scraping" software to download course materials in bulk.

  • Reverse-engineering any part of the course delivery platform.

  • Using our proprietary BIM workflows for commercial consulting without prior written license.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY & ACCESS You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. AAS reserves the right to employ digital rights management (DRM) or analytical tools to monitor for suspicious account activity (e.g., concurrent logins from disparate geographic locations). Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AAS provides training for educational purposes only. BIM software and industry standards change rapidly. We provide no guarantee that the techniques taught will be suitable for every project or that they will guarantee certification, employment, or project approval from external authorities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aesthetic Architecture Studio LLC is not liable for project delays, technical errors, or professional damages resulting from the application of taught material.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or module at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or suspension of the service.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION These terms are governed by the laws of Unites States Of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.

8. FEES & PAYMENT All course fees are payable in full at the time of purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We utilize Stripe for payment processing; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aesthetic Architecture Studio LLC regarding your use of the Site.
